### **How the Royal Caribbean Help Desk Supports Guests with Disabilities**

Royal Caribbean is recognized as a leader in accessibility, and its Help Desk plays a crucial role in supporting guests with disabilities. From booking to disembarkation, specialized assistance is available to ensure every traveler has a safe, enjoyable cruise.

Before your trip, the help desk provides information on:

* Accessible cabins and restrooms
* Mobility equipment rentals
* Sign language interpreters (when requested in advance)
* Dietary accommodations for allergies or medical needs

Their **Access Department** works closely with travelers and caretakers to arrange services like wheelchair assistance, hearing-impaired devices, and priority boarding.

During the cruise, the onboard guest services team continues to offer support. The Royal Caribbean app includes accessibility features, and you can always reach out for help directly.

Royal Caribbean encourages guests with disabilities to contact the help desk **at least 30 days prior to sailing** to ensure all accommodations are in place.

The Help Desk’s compassion, knowledge, and planning make Royal Caribbean one of the most inclusive cruise lines on the seas.
